Northland Smiles is a general and family dentistry practice located in NW Calgary, Alberta at Suite 302, 4600 Crowchild Trail NW in the Northland Professional Centre. Our office is easily accessible, with free parking and convenient extended hours.
Our Team of Dental Care Providers accept new dental patients without the need for a referral and look forward to the privilege of being your NW Calgary Dental Health provider. To ensure that your first visit at Northland Smiles is pleasant and as comfortable as possible, our team creates a welcoming environment from the moment you walk into our office and are greeted by our administrative team, to the time you enter our treatment rooms. We want you to feel as if you are part of our extended family.
We value your time and will always try to keep your visit as efficient as possible, ensuring that it starts on time and ends on time. We also follow up with you after your visit for you to provide us with your valuable feedback.
Regular dental examinations are very important for every member of your family! New dental patients receive a thorough examination by one of our dentists in order to check for the early signs of gum disease, eroded fillings, TMJ concerns, tooth decay, oral cancer screening, as well as problems with your occlusion (bite). We provide you with a comprehensive treatment plan, based on the dental services necessary to address your dental concerns.
Please bring your insurance information, including information on your plan details. We will do our best to help you understand your coverage information including your annual and lifetime maximums and whether your plan allows for the assignment of benefits.
Your health and safety are very important to us. We collect a detailed health history from you to determine if there are any risks for treatment. In addition, please bring along a list of medications you may be taking, including all prescription and non-prescription medications to your visit.
If you have x-rays’ from a previous dentist, we will obtain your consent so we can have them released to our office, in accordance with the Health Information Act of Alberta.
